Holidays 2017

Please note, Christmas deadline has passed.  Due to the high volume of orders we have received, orders placed now will not be baked and shipped until Friday, December 29th or later.  Thank you!

Slow Shipping this Christmas

As of December 14th, our local post office has informed us that US Priority Mail is now taking about 5 business days to deliver.  Usually shipping takes 2-3 days, so that is longer than usual.  If you've placed an order and it's taking a while to arrive, please know that it's on the way.  The Post Office does not offer a guarantee of 2-3 days delivery, so they will not refund money if it is not delivered by then.

The good news is that your cookies were baked fresh and shipped the same day.  We package them carefully and they last 10 -12 days in our shipping boxes before losing their freshness.  Never fear, gift boxes that take a week to arrive will still be delicious!

Shipping

Vermont Cookie Love is dedicated to delivering our cookies as close to out-of-the-oven as possible. We bake our cookies the same day we ship them.  Gift boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which arrives within 2-3 days to most locations.  (Please note that the Post Office does not guarantee that it will arrive no later than 3 days.  On rare occassions Shipping time may be extended to 4 days without warning.)  We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday may be baked and shipped the following Monday.

If you'd like to request a certain delivery date here's how: when you add a gift to your cart, a pop-up window will ask for a gift message. There's also a place for Order Notes, let us know your preferred delivery date here.

Make sure your recipient gets their cookies! The address given must be recognized by the Post Office. If the address has a PO Box number, a suite number, floor, or any other information used by the Post Office, it must be included.  If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order. If you are at all unsure of your address please confirm it before ordering. Thank you!

SHIPPING TO COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

Colleges and Universities seem to fall into two categories: those that notify students right away that they have a package, and those that don't.  We will make every effort to ensure that your package arrives at your student's mail center on time. From there, it's unfortunately out of our hands. If you'd like to make sure your student gets their cookies as soon as possible, please let them know to check with their mail center. Thank you!

INTERNATIONAL AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

We ship to all 50 United States (yes Alaska and Hawaii!).  We do not ship to any location that requires a customs form or other special information.  This includes many Military Bases, Canada, or other international addresses.  Please check with your post office before purchasing do determine if a customs form is required.
